Avian flu experts will be in Kent on Thursday to talk to egg and poultry producers across the South East about disease prevention.
The roadshow, at the county showground in Detling, is one of two added to a series of events which began last year because of increasing demand.
In the first round of roadshows, the only south-east event was in Berkshire.
Defra wants as many farmers as possible at the meeting which will also look at government contingency plans.
Representatives from Defra, the Health Protection Agency, the Health and Safety Executive, the State Veterinary Service and a private practice vet will speak during the meeting.
A spokesman said: "The aim is to provide poultry producers and others in the industry with a chance to learn more about the disease, review practical measures to reduce the risk of infection, to identify symptoms and know more about reporting procedures."
